It has been so hot here in the Bay Area the past few days! Over the weekend we spent a few nice hours in Dolores park int he mission and all the pretty summer dresses people busted out with were so.. pretty and deliciously cool looking.

I was reminded of this cute free smocked summer dress pattern that Heather Ross published last summer that I never got a chance to make.
