Tea Mug Notecard

Today I wanted to feature the etsy shop SproutHead by Aijung Kim. I think her art is really interesting, I especially love the tea card pictured above.

Here’s a little bit about SproutHead from her etsy shop- “I am an artist, printmaker, zine-maker, illustrator, writer, and aspiring children’s book creator. I make art inspired by nature, whimsy, simple joys, and a bit of magic.

I sell my work at gallery and craft shows, in shops around the country, and online through my Etsy shop, which I opened back in the summer of 2007. I started with hand-screenprinted t-shirts, tiny letterpressed prints, and holiday ornaments. My shop has since evolved to offer a variety of illustrated paper creations. I create handmade linocuts and prints, illustrated poetry and prose zines, blank cards reproduced from my original artwork, and a deck of symbolic oracle cards called “The Golden Moth Illumination Deck.”
