I so totally want to build this toddler sized working backhoe (PDF here). How long so you think that would take? me? It would take about 40 years and my kid would already be a grandfather. But I can dream right?!

My 90-year-old neighbor has made about 40 of these in the last few years for his great-grandkids. They don’t have the part with the treads on them- just the seat on a swivel base but the kids absolutely love them. I hope I’m as productive when I’m 90!
