20 Ideas For Posting On Instagram

20 Crafty Ideas of things you can post about on Instagram.
1: Anything in your branding colors.
Grab a color swatch from your logo and find something interesting or even randomly boring, if you do this weekly it will start to look like a purposeful color swatch on the board.
2 : Share a Craft related graphic or quote. Stick to your topic and color if possible.
3 :  It’s kinda cliche but everyone loves a pet photo, Take a photo with your pet, your pet and your workspace etc and watch the likes come.
4: Your workspace or creative craft space. We all love a little craft space envy, share your workspace or share others workspaces.
5: Flowers, they are feminine and they are stunning, You can use your logo color palette or just take random photos. Grab a bouquet of flowers and take enough photos for a once a month collection.
6: Your creative outfit. Most creative handmade business folks have an amazing style so make sure to show it off. Maybe you have something on that is seasonal or funky?
7: Inspire your readers. Do you have something amazing to share? maybe a milestone you reached such as sales or a new product launch?
8: Throwback Thursdays:  The only reason Thursdays were invented is so we can all do a “throwback” post. Share something that was popular or right on the brink of popular.
9 : What is your hobby? Share a snippet of something else other than your business craft that you like to do.
10: Food. It wouldn’t be an Instagram account if you didn’t share some food right? Maybe your lunch is on the way to a craft booth or stall?
11: Self-promote. Share your newsletter or give them a sales pitch.
12: Share a like-minded creative and give their business a shout out.
13: Engagement, Ask them a A or B style question. With a couple of photos for reference.
14: Were does your creative inspiration come from? Share a snippet of something that inspires your handmade business
15: Everyone loves a flat lay, Take a flat lay of your products.
16: Share a photo of a custom order or a shipment about to be sent out.
17: Supplies, Maybe it’s a flat lay or a boxed image, share a photo shot of your DIY supplies.
18: Product, make sure you have share at least one product you make each week.
19: Selfie, Take a selfie whilst your creating.
20: Desktop disasters, are you working in a cluttered crazy space. Share the reality with your readers.
