Here is a roundup of “a zillion” things to do with pool noodles by Menucha at Moms and Crafters. This time of year, pool noodles have started showing up everywhere, so why not use them in craft projects?! These crafts will keep you and your kids busy all spring and summer, even on the rainy days!

Here are 20 other DIY Craft ideas for Pool Noodles

Summer is here and it’s time to break out the pool noodles! But did you know that these colorful foam tubes can be used for more than just floating in the pool? With a little bit of creativity and some basic supplies, you can turn your pool noodles into a variety of fun and functional DIY crafts. Here are 20 crafts you can DIY with a pool noodle.

Wreath: Cut your pool noodle into sections and form a circle. Glue the ends together and wrap the wreath with ribbon or fabric. Add flowers, bows or other embellishments for a festive touch.

Play swords: Cut a pool noodle in half and wrap each end with duct tape. You can even paint them to look like real swords for an added effect.

Marble run: Cut a pool noodle in half lengthwise and arrange them into a track. Use marbles or other small balls to roll through the track.

Balance beam: Cut a pool noodle in half and arrange them in a line. Use them as a makeshift balance beam for kids to play on.

Luminary: Cut a pool noodle into sections and glue them together to form a cylinder. Add a battery-operated candle or string lights for a fun and safe outdoor decoration.

Photo frame: Cut a pool noodle into sections and arrange them into a square or rectangle. Glue the ends together and add a photo in the center for a unique and personalized frame.

Pool noodle boats: Cut a pool noodle in half and attach a piece of fabric or paper to make a sail. Use these boats to race in the pool or a nearby body of water.
