Have you ever posted some of your work on facebook, or another place online and had a negative comment or two? You’re not alone in that, and it’s always disappointing! Donna Herron has experienced this as well and she is sharing how she deals with those negative comments.

I’ve had some bad experiences myself with mean comments and it got me thinking about why people might leave negative comments and how best to deal with them.  I’ve written a post on my blog exploring the difference reasons why visitors might make negative comments about your art of crafts on various social media sites, and how to respond to these comments.
