Have you made any crafty new years resolutions? If you’re trying to come up with one, or looking for a fun year long challenge to d for 2016, here’s an fun one: Trying a new craft every month. Stephanie from Swoodson Says started this project last year and is inviting everyone to join her again this year! She says:
Anyone can join in, at any time, simply by trying something new to them for that month. BUT even better would be sharing it! Each month, we will announce/remind readers of the monthly theme and share what we tried. Either Rebecca or I will host a link-up on the post that is open all month, allowing anyone to add a picture and share what they tried.
We will also have a Facebook Group for chatter, goals, questions, sharing, etc. Using the hashtag #TSNEM on Instagram is the easiest and fastest way to get connected as well! We decided not to do any monthly incentives – if you join in, it’s simply for the love of creativity and craft. Each month will have an overarching theme that is very broad – even if you’ve been quilting for years, maybe there is a technique or shape or block you haven’t tried, as an example.
