Here is a good tip for anyone that does craft shows. When you’re researching shows to sell at, be sure to really spend some time researching it before you apply and make sure it is a good fit for you as an artist and your products!
This tip is from Bettina Groh at Glass Dragon Bears.
She says: “One should really investigate the shows or festivals one is applying to. If possible attend the venue to make sure your product will appeals to the venue attendees. Check to see how many attendees the promoter expects! Check everything from parking to location!!! And cost- how much will you have to sell to make this event worthwhile?”
What do you think? If you do shows, what do you look for in a craft show before you apply?
