Amy from Delineate your Dwelling shared the tutorial for making this gorgeous glass vase and she makes it look so easy that anyone could do it! You will need a glass vase (I always see lots of these at thrift stores!) as well as some patterned scrapbook or wrapping paper and some decoupage glue.
