Staying organized in the kitchen can be a challenge, especially when it comes to meal planning. Day 3:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with toast and orange juice
Lunch: Leftover chicken drumsticks with sweet potato fries
Dinner: Vegetarian chili with cornbread

Day 4:
Breakfast: Pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs
Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwiches with coleslaw
Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread

Day 5:
Breakfast: Breakfast burritos with salsa and avocado
Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup
Dinner: Slow cooker beef and broccoli with rice

Day 6:
Breakfast: Bagels with cream cheese and sliced strawberries
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwiches with baby carrots
Dinner: Baked salmon with roasted vegetables and quinoa

Day 7:
Breakfast: Smoothie bowls with granola and fresh fruit
Lunch: Leftover chili with cornbread
Dinner: Grilled pork chops with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans

To stay within the budget, you can shop for groceries in bulk and take advantage of sales and coupons. You can also consider buying generic brands and opting for frozen or canned vegetables and fruits. By planning ahead and making budget-friendly meals, you can feed your family delicious and nutritious meals without breaking the bank.
