Here’s a Halloween themed entry into my usual artist/crafter inspiration category. Jeremy D Fisher takes terrariums to strange places in his sculpture “Till the End”. Using resin and plaster skulls as the base, he carefully sculpted and crafted a tiny green world, including tiny trees and deer. The photos of the work are stunning, showing the piece off to the fullest. In some of the shots on the gallery, you can barely tell the scale or the placement of the work. Not a fan of the skulls? Fisher also created a series of tiny scenes sculpted on wooden blocks, called “Temporary Happiness.” You can see more of his work in his gallery.
