I’m with Pink Stripey Socks; I love the look of tattoos, but can’t commit. So this tutorial on how to create Fake Tattoo Sleeves is right up my alley. And it’s a cheap Halloween project, as you just need fabric markers or paints, cheap panty hose or tights, and a cereal box or similar cardboard piece. Plus, you can customize the designs to match your interests or the appropriate level of the wearer–perfect for tiny sailors or punk rockers in training.
