I’ve seen plenty of people decorate guitars using sharpies–usually it takes the form of signatures, doodles, or band logos. Vivian Xiao’s takes the combination of sharpies and guitars to a whole different level, creating highly detailed works of art. Like this guitar, inspired by the imagery in the Lord of the Rings films. The front of the guitar features full color illustrations, while the back features motifs and writing in gold. This isn’t the first guitar she’s done either, her Deviantart page features a Studio Ghibli inspired customization and a sea themed ukulele. And she’s only 16!
