If you haven’t seen Nino Orlandi’s carved wooden book sculptures, do yourself a favor and take a moment to appreciate the amazing craftsmanship that goes into these. The level of detail in each out is gorgeous, pulling the viewer in and providing only tantalizing hints of the mystery behind each piece. This one is my favorite I think; it’s hard to tell whether someone is coming out of the book or someone is being sucked in!
