Whether you’re a fan of Italian architecture, history, or Spartacus, the LEGO Colosseum is a must see. Heck, even if you’re not a fan of the monument, just thinking about the time and effort it took Ryan McNaught to build the model is awe-inspiring. Half of it represents the Colosseum in its ancient Roman glory and half represents the modern ruins. The time and appreciation to detail it takes to craft something so intricate out of children’s building blocks will never fail to astound me.

I’m so glad you linked to this – however the article you linked to is wrong, the Nicholson Museum is in Sydney, not Melbourne. (I should know, I’ve been working there for over a year now…)
