I run Doctor Who Fandom Celebrations and other Whovian panels at anime, science fiction and fantasy conventions (having done so 8 times so far in 3 years). If you do start selling these dresses, I would buy one, wear it to some of my panels, and provide the website info folks could use to buy others from you.
