Dallas, Texas; Saturday, February 5, 2011 – Just in time for Valentine’s Day, a group of local artists are encouraging gift-givers to reject the exhausting practice of shopping in malls, battling traffic, and purchasing mass-produced goods. Opt to buy handmade items directly from artists and crafters in the community!
These local artists– four of whom are leaders of the local group, Etsy Dallas – will celebrate the handmade way with All You Need Is Love – And Cool Art, a Valentine’s Day trunk show, at 1027 N. Windomere in hip and artsy north Oak Cliff on Saturday, February 5th from noon-6pm.
