I’m a big fan of Cate Anevski of Bees Knees Industries, Her illustrations and fabric designs are always thoughtful and adorable.

She now has a very cute Top Hat necklace available in her Etsy shop. Ilike it’s current incarnation but I also think it’s a prime candidate for Ponoko, maybe their colored acrylics options.
