Poke Poke Poke – Cards with holes in them

WarpDesign is making these lovely cards and paper products by punching holes in the card stock. The texture and designs on these are wonderful.

I wonder how she makes them? Like needle felting with a stabilizing piece of foam underneath? I bet making them is a soothing in the same way needle felting or making a stippling painting is.
