Recycled Silverware

I was inspired by Recycled Craft Gossip’s post Vintage Utensil Bracelet. So I decided to search out some Indie crafters on Etsy who were doing similar work. Love these beautiful cuff breaclets from wildfirewench. Or check out this upcycled spoon pendant by Dittman. Very simple and elegant. A steal at $8.00!

Do the utensils have to be silver or will stainless steel also work?

I believe stainless will work but the silver is much softer and easier to work with….Here is a tutorial
