Yarn Paper Scissors

Yarn Paper Scissors (YPS) is a hip, indie friendly fiber arts & crafts store and studio located in Burlingame, CA. YPS provides all of the resources a modern crafter needs in a light and airy studio space. They have a great selection of yarn, fabric, specialty craft kits, studio space, craft supplies and tools, workshops and private instruction, a sewing room, and a private party room. Once a month they host a fun community club called Crafty Girls. Crafty Girls meets the first Friday of every month from 6-9 p.m. for wine, cheese and crafting! Every month they have teach a new craft and for a small materials fee you can participate. This next month (October 5th) will show you how to needle felt and November is Glass Etching! I plan to attend the November club meeting so I can give some fun etched glassware to my family this holiday season!

I had the pleasure of visiting YPS one afternoon and was so impressed with their bright spacious rooms, and product offerings such as the luxurious Namaste knitting bags and totes, Mr. Funky’s Super Crochet Wonderful Book and Red Sheep Hand spun! Not to mention the great employees. Everyone is friendly and happy to help!
